The role involves gathering requirements from stakeholders and collaborating with the ServiceNow development team while fostering strong relationships and communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements from global operations team/stakeholders, work closely with the global ServiceNow development team
  • Superb stakeholder mgt skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office tools such as Visio, PPT, Word, etc.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Strong team player able to develop strategies and action plans and share results
  • Ability to foster strong partner and customer relationships
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Must be able to negotiate and/or influence others to gain support for the company’s needs as they change
