About the Role
As an Onboarding Representative, you’ll help new customers get started with TCG. You’ll answer questions, walk customers through next steps, and make sure they know where to go for support.
This role is a great fit for someone starting their career, changing paths, or looking for a people-focused remote role with structure and training.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome new customers and guide them through their first steps
- Answer questions about orders, accounts, and basic product information
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and online tools
- Share clear information about ordering, shipping, and support resources
- Keep notes and updates organized in internal systems
- Follow up to ensure customers feel supported and informed
What We’re Looking For
- Clear and friendly communication skills
- Comfort speaking with customers by phone and online
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
Experience
- No previous onboarding experience required
- Customer service, retail, or support experience is a plus
- Training is provided

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
