Facility Project Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general supervision of the Facilities manager, The Project Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and supervising contractors engaged in construction projects at Natera, including Tenant reimbursement for projects. Manage Facilities operations aspects of PSC sites, including lease review, utilities transfer, site services set up and decommissioning. Facilities SOP management, assist with audit preps and post audit documentation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- coordinate and supervise contractors for Facilities project
- Manage PSC sites, such as lease review, utility services set-up etc.
- Facilities SOP management
- Audit preps and post audit documentation for Facilities dept.
- Assist with CAD design and space planning
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience (at least 1-3 years)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Good verbal and written skills to articulate details and communicate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency with MS Office/Google Docs required.
- Experience developing and managing maintenance procedures (SOP’s), predictive-preventative maintenance service agreements and routine work requires coordination with outside vendors such as electricians, plumbers, HVAC mechanics.
- Project management experience a plus.
- Organizational, time management, and communication skills.
