We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Account Coordinator to join our Virtual DBS team. This is a remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Technical Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, managing account relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Manage client accounts and relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Assist with onboarding new clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Knowledge of CRM software and ticketing systems

The pay range for this role is:
32 – 36 USD per hour(Remote (San Antonio, Texas, US))
