What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide administrative and secretarial support for the Sales Resource Center Director
- Answer and direct telephone calls while maintaining professional etiquette
- Manage and track telephone, internet accounts, alarms, and elevator lines
- Assemble and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Assist with special projects and maintain accurate records and reports
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 1-2 years of office experience
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in using various software packages for documentation and record maintenance

- Experience in a clerical or operational support role within a retail or service industry
- Familiarity with handling confidential information
