Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to guide a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality Service Cloud implementations aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud projects – from requirement analysis to deployment and post-go-live support
  • Architect scalable and high-performing Service Cloud solutions, leveraging core features such as Omni-Channel, Case Management, Knowledge, CTI, and Live Chat
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators
  • Design and review Apex classes, LWC components, triggers, and integration frameworks to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards
  • Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and DevOps practices (e.g., Git, Copado, Jenkins pipelines)
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Drive integration architecture between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.)
  • Ensure security compliance, data integrity, and performance optimization of Salesforce applications
  • Participate in pre-sales discussions, solution estimation, and technical proposal development as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certifications:
  • Mandatory: Platform Developer I & II
  • Preferred: Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect
  • Expert-level knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs
  • Hands-on experience with Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Knowledge, and CTI integrations
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, sharing, and governor limits
  • Experience leading onshore/offshore teams and managing multiple workstreams in parallel
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solution presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Einstein Bots, FSL (Field Service Lightning), or Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD automation, DevOps, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) on Salesforce
  • Experience in enterprise integrations involving large datasets and complex business logic
  • Proven track record in mentoring teams, conducting code reviews, and ensuring technical excellence.
