Our client is hiring a Software Architect Senior on a long-term contract basis.

Work Location: New York, New York

Work Model: Hybrid

Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM capabilities and support business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and develop detailed system process flows to support design and development
  • Design, code, test, and implement custom Salesforce applications and enhancements
  • Perform Salesforce integration with other systems and applications
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users
  • Ensure alignment of business requirements with Salesforce functionality, customizing and adapting the platform as needed
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Develop custom applications and integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
  • Provide technical support and user training to Salesforce end-users
  • Perform regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations
  • Keep abreast with new Salesforce features and functionalities to provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for deployment and testing.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Git, Copado ).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field.
  • 3 years of experience with API/REST web services and data sources
