**Job Title: SAP Infrastructure Project Manager
Duration : 6-12 Months
Location : Remote, EST

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple infrastructure workstreams involving IT, business stakeholders, and external consultants
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical requirements into executable plans
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for SAP infrastructure initiatives
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across infrastructure and network dependencies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors and technical leadership
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear, consistent communication at all levels
  • Track program-level KPIs and ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met
  • Manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure efficient resource utilization
  • Proactively resolve roadblocks and technical challenges during infrastructure setup and execution
  • Establish governance frameworks for decision-making, reporting, and escalation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
  • Drive alignment and resolve conflicts between business and technical teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing SAP infrastructure projects
  • Strong SAP ERP knowledge with hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure and network engineering concepts
  • Experience working with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Clarity PPM, and Smartsheet
  • Ability to deliver projects using hybrid methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interaction
  • Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to support evolving program needs, including adjacent workstreams (e.g., data, reporting)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale enterprise transformations

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
  • PMP certification strongly preferred
  • Master s degree is a plus**

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex SAP infrastructure initiatives, with a strong emphasis on SAP ERP and S/4HANA environments . This role will manage cross-functional teams across IT, business, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of infrastructure programs. Experience supporting organizations through mergers or acquisitions is a strong plus.
