About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to join our Customer Support team. In this hourly, full-time position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of our support operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This is a fully remote role, and proficiency in English is required.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Support department to enhance team productivity.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling team meetings, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up actions as needed.
  • Manage and update records within the company’s internal systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate team logistics, such as handling calendaring and travel arrangements (if applicable).
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues or streamline administrative workflows.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in Customer Support or a related department.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in using CRM tools, scheduling software, and other productivity platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining professionalism and accountability.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • A team-oriented attitude with the capacity to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Availability to work full-time in the designated time zone for this remote position.

The pay range for this role is:
22 – 26 USD per hour(Remote (United States))
