Job Title: Verification & Validation (V&V) Test Technician — Temp to Perm

Duration: 6-month Temporary to PermanentPosition Summary The Verification & Validation (V&V) Test Technician supports the execution of testing activities for FDA-regulated medical devices. This role works closely with engineers and test leadership to ensure products meet regulatory, quality, and manufacturing requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and eager to grow within a regulated engineering environment.This position is well-suited for recent Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering graduates looking to gain real-world experience and develop into an engineering role over time.Key Responsibilities Execute detailed test procedures according to written protocols and instructionsWork as part of a cross-functional testing team including Test Managers, Shift Leads, Engineers, and TechniciansAccurately document and report test results for regulatory and manufacturing validationIdentify, troubleshoot, and escalate test anomalies or failuresSupport engineering teams by providing feedback to improve test methods and proceduresEnsure all test documentation complies with FDA and medical device quality standardsQualifications Education or formal training in a technical field (Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Vocational Education)Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering graduates strongly encouraged to applyMinimum of 1 year of experience in Design QA or Manufacturing QA testingMedical device experience preferred but not requiredHands-on experience with test equipment such as:Data loggersScalesPressure gaugesAbility to execute test procedures developed by others with precision and consistencyStrong computer skills, including:Spreadsheet usageRunning custom software toolsExecuting basic command-line instructionsAbility to lift up to 25–30 lbs as neededStrong written and verbal communication skillsOpportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced team working on life-changing medical technologies.
