ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2006 after spending five years working at State Farm’s regional office, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and a clear vision for building a people-first agency. Our team includes three members, and we operate with a true family atmosphere and an intentional focus on work-life balance.I’m a father to three daughters who all play volleyball, and outside of work I love skiing and spending time outdoors. Giving back is important to us as well — our family has even traveled to Tijuana to help build a home for a family in need, an experience that continues to shape how we show up for others. We offer a 401k, health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and occasional WFH flexibility, especially around the holidays. Our culture values competitiveness in a positive way, a strong desire to hit goals, and a genuine commitment to learning and growth. We especially appreciate the mindset former athletes bring, and we’ve even supported team members on their path to becoming agents themselves. This is a place where people are encouraged to grow, compete with purpose, and build a meaningful long-term career.ROLE DESCRIPTION:
