I opened my agency in 2006 after spending five years working at State Farm’s regional office, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and a clear vision for building a people-first agency. Our team includes three members, and we operate with a true family atmosphere and an intentional focus on work-life balance.I’m a father to three daughters who all play volleyball, and outside of work I love skiing and spending time outdoors. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist – State Farm Agent Team Member.Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace.   • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
