We are seeking a talented Help Desk Support Technician to join our Virtual DBS team. This remote position will play a key role in providing technical support to our clients and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure software applications
- Document support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems
- Strong knowledge of networking and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

The pay range for this role is:
