We are seeking a talented Help Desk Support Technician to join our Virtual DBS team. This remote position will play a key role in providing technical support to our clients and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:


  • Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Install and configure software applications
  • Document support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Strong knowledge of networking and troubleshooting techniques
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

The pay range for this role is:
