This role offers the opportunity to manage financial accounting functions for a portfolio of single-tenant industrial properties directly for the ownership group.Key Responsibilities: Perform bank account reconciliations and initiate transfers/wires for payments.Prepare monthly property accruals, amortization schedules, reports, and supporting schedules.Complete year-end accruals and management fee calculations.Review and maintain multiple general ledgers across 25+ assets.Collaborate with property management teams on financial matters.On-board new property assignments and certify rent rolls.Ensure timely posting of rent payments.Support portfolio finance teams with requests and inquiries.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.3–5+ years of experience as a Property Accountant.Proficiency with MRI or Yardi accounting systems.Strong knowledge of accruals, amortization, and general ledger review.Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.Real estate property management experience preferred.Team-oriented mindset.If you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity or would like to discuss your qualifications, please apply now.Details Location
