Role: Business Analyst
Location: Salt Lake City, UT Remote (Must work MST Hours)
Location: Long-term

Overview : Focused on strategic alignment and cross-functional clarity (rather than deep documentation within individual workstreams). Looking for this experience or skill set:

Enterprise-level BA experience

Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills

Deep understanding of banking operations and core systems

Ability to see the big picture while managing details across multiple domains

Comfortable working with executives, PMs, and SMEs etc.

Required Skills:

Cross-Workstream Alignment

Identify and help resolve cross-functional dependencies, overlaps, and gaps across workstreams (e.g., Lending, Treasury, Branch Ops, Digital) to ensure everyone is working together, understands the same rules, and creates solutions that fit well with each other instead of each team doing their own thing in silos.

Process Clarification & Conflict Resolution

Step in when there’s confusion or disagreement about how a process is currently working or should work post-conversion and help facilitate discussions, document current vs. future state, and drive consensus across stakeholders.

Strategic Requirements Oversight

Ensure that high-level business requirements are consistently interpreted and implemented across systems and teams and validate the program has a master requirements register, trace dependencies, and flag inconsistencies.

Risk Identification & Mitigation

Spot risks that emerge from misaligned processes, unclear ownership, or conflicting requirements and document “if…then” risk scenarios, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate systemic issues.

Testing Strategy Support

Support UAT and mock conversions to ensure end-to-end scenarios that span multiple workstreams, assist validating test cases reflect expected outcomes.

Executive & PMO Support

Provide strategic insights for status reports, milestone tracking, and executive communications and help articulate “Path to Green” narratives, summarize cross-workstream impacts, and support decision-making.
