IAM Service Delivery Manager

Position: IAM SDM
Location: Remote.- Greenville, SC preferred. Then Salisbury, NC (Charlotte, NC area)

Remote but must have the ability to come onsite as needed. Not often

Duration: 1 year Contract

Job Description:

Identify delivery risks early and escalate with clear, actionable mitigation strategies.
Provide concise, executive-ready status reporting (progress, risks, decisions required).
Lead incident coordination across engineering, security, operations, and vendor teams.
Ensure timely resolution aligned to SLAs and business impact.
Manage stakeholder communications throughout the escalation lifecycle and ensure closure actions are completed.
Coordinate across stakeholders in US and EU time zones, with delivery and support teams distributed globally, including India.
Translate technical updates into clear business outcomes and next steps.

Top Must-Haves:

Technical experience in Entra ID (Azure) / Active Directory.
SDM experience with strong communication to be able to effectively escalate as needed
