Job Title: Project Manager Veeva Vault CRM

Location: Waukegan, IL(Onsite role)
Long Term Project

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) with a proven track record in Veeva Vault CRM implementations. The PM will play a critical role in managing end-to-end delivery of Veeva Vault CRM projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Veeva Vault CRM projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in life sciences/pharma domain.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in Project Management within Life Sciences or Pharma domain.
  • Strong expertise in Veeva Vault CRM (implementation, configuration, and integration).
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with GxP compliance and validation processes.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with other Veeva products (e.g., Veeva QualityDocs, Veeva PromoMats).
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
