Job Title: Project Manager Veeva Vault CRM
Location: Waukegan, IL(Onsite role)
Long Term Project
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) with a proven track record in Veeva Vault CRM implementations. The PM will play a critical role in managing end-to-end delivery of Veeva Vault CRM projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Veeva Vault CRM projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in life sciences/pharma domain.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of experience in Project Management within Life Sciences or Pharma domain.
- Strong expertise in Veeva Vault CRM (implementation, configuration, and integration).
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with GxP compliance and validation processes.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with other Veeva products (e.g., Veeva QualityDocs, Veeva PromoMats).
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
