Are you a marketing leader who knows how to fill rooms, drive event attendance, and generate measurable results?

We’re Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty (YHSGR) , led by Billion Dollar Agent Todd Walters, and we’re looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to own our agent and broker-owner recruiting campaigns.

  • Competitive salary ($65K – $80K DOE) performance bonuses tied to event attendance & registrations.

  • Performance bonus: $500–$1,000/month tied to hitting RSVP & show-up KPIs.

Compensation:

$75,000 – $95,000 OTE

Responsibilities:

  • Run all promotions for our weekly & bi-weekly recruiting events: Millionaire Agent Insider Briefing, Millionaire Agent Masterclass, Built to Sell Workshop.
  • Build & launch campaigns across email, text, voice broadcast, social, and referral marketing.
  • Manage our email marketing systems: segmentation, campaigns, nurture sequences.
  • Drive attendance, track show-up rates, and optimize results.
  • Coordinate with ISAs, recruiters, and leadership to ensure maximum ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with email marketing systems (CRM, drip campaigns, automation).
  • Strong campaign/project management skills — can juggle multiple funnels with strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SMS and voice broadcast marketing.
  • Experience promoting events (virtual or in-person) with measurable attendance results.
  • Excellent copywriting and data tracking skills.
