Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year

Job Details
- Design, implement, and optimize PLC-based control systems for manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain machines, HMIs, and servo systems.
- Lead cost-saving and value-added engineering projects.
- Partner with production teams to improve processes, reduce scrap, and enhance safety.
- Support plant layouts, equipment upgrades, and small group problem-solving teams.
- Manage projects from conception to implementation, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or related).
- 3 years in automotive or manufacturing controls.
- Proficiency with Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, SLC500).
- Advanced knowledge of HMIs (RS FactoryTalk, Ignition Designer, Automation Direct).
- Familiarity with VFDs, DC drives, temperature controllers, and SQL Server databases.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
