We’re seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager with a minimum of three years of experience not only managing social media for a global B2B SaaS brand, but someone who thrives on growing audience reach, elevating brand visibility, and driving engagement across multiple regions and channels. You are a bold strategic thinker, with big ideas and proven results.

You will own the strategy and execution of Zenoti’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platforms, managing both corporate handles and supporting regional social events and initiatives. You”ll need to be fluent in the best practices, trends, and tools that drive high-performing content and will collaborate closely with content, brand, design, product and field marketing teams.

Experience in the wellness space is preferred, ideally for a SaaS platform that serves salons, spas, med spas, or fitness businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals
  • Manage and grow Zenoti’s presence across key social platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others
  • Build an always-on content calendar with a balance of product, customer, brand, and thought leadership content
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce compelling, visually engaging, and on-brand content
  • Support regional teams with localized campaigns and language-specific initiatives
  • Track, measure, and report on social performance — including audience growth, reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, wellness industry trends, and social best practices
  • Manage social listening, community engagement, and influencer/brand partnerships
  • Develop social campaigns that amplify product launches, company news, events, and customer stories
  • Work cross-functionally with demand generation, brand, product marketing, and field teams to integrate social into broader campaigns
  • Create informative reports and dashboards to measure your progress and help make decisions on strategy

Requirements

  • 3 years managing global social media strategy and execution for a B2B SaaS or tech company; wellness experience highly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience growing corporate social presence across continents and in multiple languages
  • Portfolio showcasing measurable growth in visibility, reach, engagement, and brand impact
  • Deep understanding of the wellness, beauty, or fitness industry — ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech context
  • Strong creative instincts and ability to develop compelling content that reflects brand voice
  • Proven success collaborating cross-functionally and driving alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Experience managing social tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, Brandwatch, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Bonus: experience with paid social campaigns or social influencer partnerships
