Responsibilities
Assists with the development and coordination of charity outreach program under the direction of the Charity Outreach Coordinator. Responsible for coordinating the processing of Charity Imaging patients and maintaining the financial assistance applications requests for the department. Acts as a communication liaison between the community and the department.
Qualifications
Required:

Three (3) years clerical/secretarial/customer service experience or experience may be offset by an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.Excellent communication skills.Superior customer service skills.Ability to follow detailed instructions.Demonstrated organizational skills.High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).

Preferred:

1. Bilingual- Spanish.

2. Previous experience working with culturally diverse populations.

3. Possess strong working knowledge of medical systems and community resources.

4. Able to establish strong working relationships within a medical system.
   Work Hours:
   9am-5pm
   Weekend Requirements:
   No
