About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Administrator to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate customer data and ensuring seamless operations. This is an hourly, full-time position designed for individuals with a strong command of the English language and a dedication to providing exceptional support to both internal teams and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain accurate customer data within internal systems.
• Audit and validate data entries to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support team to address and resolve data-related discrepancies.
• Generate and analyze reports for internal stakeholders based on customer data metrics.
• Follow data governance policies and confidentiality guidelines while handling sensitive information.
• Provide timely updates and documentation to team leads regarding ongoing data projects.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and make data-handling processes more efficient.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.
• Experience with databases, CRM software, or similar data entry tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
• Prior experience in a data-driven or administrative role is a plus.

The pay range for this role is:
22 – 28 USD per hour(Remote (United States))
