Help Desk Technician – Telework

We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our Virtual DBS team. This role will be responsible for providing technical support to remote employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operation of virtual systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to remote employees via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on virtual systems
- Install and configure software applications
- Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and resolutions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional a plus
The pay range for this role is:
32 – 35 USD per hour(Remote (Boston, Massachusetts, US))
