Requirements
Must have:
– Bachelors degree required – Minimum of 2 years experience as a Business/Systems Analyst – Proficient in SQL and SSRS report development – Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities – Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, capable of communicating across all organizational levels – Ability to maintain a detailed focus while keeping the overall project perspective in mind
Responsibilities:
- Develop business processes to identify functional solution options – Collaborate with business sponsors to create practical use cases outlining user interactions with the new or enhanced system – Formulate test cases to validate new system functionalities – Create and manage functional specifications for system enhancements – Facilitate review sessions for functional specifications with cross-functional teams – Obtain necessary sign-offs from project team members on functional specifications – Supervise issues within responsibility areas and prioritize them with stakeholders – Create and execute system test plans to verify code compliance with specifications – Document testing outcomes and assist in User Acceptance Testing – Support training initiatives and develop relevant training materials for end users – Maintain accurate project status updates communicated to business sponsors regularly – Engage in annual budgeting and daily project management activities to plan resources and scopes for future projects
