Requirements
Must have:
– Bachelor’s degree – 2+ years of experience in compensation – Proven background as an HR/compensation administrator or a related role – Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information – Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and make recommendations – Excellent problem-solving abilities – Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and data management – Foundational knowledge of compensation practices and job evaluations – Outstanding written and verbal communication skills – Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills – Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of the compensation department inbox – Maintain compensation data within the SuccessFactors system – Conduct market research and assess job positions – Provide input for salary surveys and participate in them – Assist with the annual compensation cycle for merit, short-term incentives (STI), and long-term incentives (LTI) – Address compensation inquiries from HR teams – Execute key administrative tasks in SAP SuccessFactors ensuring the accuracy of data – Offer support to the Compensation team and HR staff regarding compensation policies and programs – Generate and analyze reports to facilitate compensation operations – Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and company regulations – Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly – Support the compensation department with audits and preparation for proxy and compensation committees – Aid in testing during the annual compensation cycle and assist with necessary system adjustments
