About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Systems Applications Programmer to support the design and development of a new Business Tax system. This role requires expertise in front-end development and system programming, with a focus on building responsive, user-friendly applications that meet high performance and compatibility standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams while also working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and implementation of the new Business Tax system.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Enhance front-end performance through lazy loading, bundling, caching, and optimization techniques.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and seamless integration of applications.
• Design, code, and refine web pages, programs, and applications.
• Prepare and maintain technical specifications, deployment guides, and documentation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to ensure successful deployment and ongoing functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, Business/Public Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of progressive experience in systems applications programming.
• Up to 2 years of additional experience may substitute for formal education.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of applications programming principles and system capabilities.
• Experience with databases, PC and network operating systems, and internet technologies.
• Skilled in GUI development tools, client/server technology, and wireless communications.
• Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and develop logical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to document processes and collaborate effectively.
• Leadership ability, including training, mentoring, and guiding others.
