About The Role We are seeking a Business Analyst specialized in Product Enablement Operations, Trailhead & Communities to join our team on a contract basis from October 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025. This role is pivotal in supporting the operational excellence of our Product Enablement programs. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with program owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that demonstrate the measurable impact of enablement initiatives. The role involves designing and managing data-driven processes, creating surveys, analyzing results, and preparing comprehensive reports for business reviews. The individual will work primarily remotely but may be required to visit the Indianapolis hub once a month for internal enablement training and events. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business operations, enablement, sales, or marketing operations roles
- 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or project manager
- Strong understanding of data and metadata architecture, especially querying and data extraction for analysis
- Proficiency with Snowflake and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with sales, enablement, or marketing data definitions, metrics, and calculations, particularly in SaaS or related contexts
- Familiarity with data sources like CRM systems, Astro Course Tracker, and sales operations data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Gen AI tools in a business setting is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions to track and measure the impact of product enablement programs in collaboration with program owners
- Develop and analyze surveys quarterly to assess product confidence and enablement effectiveness
- Manage the preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews, including data collection and presentation
- Work with functional leaders to design and optimize data-driven processes that support strategic decision-making
- Interpret complex data sets, generate insights, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at various levels
- Coordinate end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles to ensure technical solutions meet business needs
- Develop organizational change management frameworks, including communication, training, and post-implementation support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Enablement, Marketing Operations, Field Readiness, and Local Enablement Business Partners
- Maintain ongoing monitoring and reporting on enablement initiatives to demonstrate value and areas for improvement
