Capital Structuring
- Working alongside our commercial sales team members, develop value based cash alternative structures for our suite of technology.
- Actively explains the appropriate options, and benefits of those options, to our end user customers.
- Become a trusted advisor with key decision makers at hospitals, IDNs, ASCs, and other healthcare entities throughout the lifecyle of the contract.
- Develop strong internal relationships with legal, compliance, commercial, contracting, service, and other team members as appropriate.
End of Term management
- Actively manage contracts coming to the end of term.
- Engage customers directly on options, including upgrades to new technology
- Partner with apprioprate commercial team members to ensure alignment
Strategic Relationships
- Lead our technology contracting efforts with assigned key accounts, such as GPO’s, strategy purchasing groups, IDN’s, or other large groups.
- Set expectations & influence decisions to maintain good business and commercial partnerships
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and other issues in order to help streamline operational processes and drive efficiencies across the company.
