SYSTEMS AND NETWORK ENGINEER

We are looking for a dynamic Systems and Network Engineer who shares our commitment and believes in the value of communication and client interaction. As a Systems and Network Engineer, you will:

• Design, Implement, Maintain and Secure our client’s Microsoft server and network infrastructure onsite;
• Work cross-functionally across several clients’ enterprises between technology and the rest of their business to design and implement large scale solutions; and
• Implement Prescient Solutions’ best practices.

Systems and Network Engineer Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports both operational and engineering functions at our client sites;

• Troubleshoots and maintains clients’ IT infrastructures and network 24/7;

• Evaluates customer generated requirements and works with the clients to ensure the implementation meets the clients’ needs;

• Works with technicians and engineering groups at both Prescient Solutions and at the client locations to troubleshoot and resolve issues as required;

• Prepares operational and technical documentation;

• Mentors junior team members; and

• Performs other duties and assists with special projects as needed.

• Technical expertise of Microsoft server operating systems, network protocols and hardware, virtualization, security and Azure;

• Able to balance multiple priorities concurrently; and
