Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Details

Responsibilities

As a Transportation Practice Leader / Project Manager, you will:
Develop, maintain, and manage a portfolio of transportation clients
Manage transportation projects, including negotiating contracts, overseeing budgets, and directing project teams
Lead business development efforts such as proposal writing, attending industry events, and strengthening client relationships
Build and retain a high-performing transportation team to support growth initiatives
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subconsultants, and project team members
Collaborate with internal project managers and engineers to ensure successful project completion
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (U.S.-accredited university)
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in WisDOT and local government transportation engineering
At least 2 years of project management and business development experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin required
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
Applicable U.S.-based work experience
