- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Strong experience with Agile Methodologies/Principles
- Strong experience with Scrum practices/facilitation
- Collaboration and Communication – Works extensively with multiple teams
- Previous PNC experience required
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Scrum/SAFe/Advanced Agile certifications are highly preferred
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and guide two data-focused agile teams
- Mentor and coach other scrum masters, including junior team members
- Facilitate scrum processes and remove blockers to ensure smooth project flow
- Coordinate with stakeholders and align dependencies across teams
- Track metrics diligently, monitor velocity reports, and report performance to management
