About The Role

We are seeking a talented Analytics professional to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of the Analytics team, you will work across various departments to deliver actionable insights and develop self-serve data products that influence business decisions and product strategies. Your role will involve partnering with stakeholders to understand their challenges, translating business needs into analytical questions, and providing data-driven solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, creating intuitive dashboards, and leveraging advanced tools including SQL and AI technologies to enhance our data analysis capabilities. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Analytics & Data Science, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing insurtech company committed to innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles
  • Proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and working with large datasets
  • Experience with columnar databases such as Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift
  • Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools, preferably Tableau
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop analytics solutions
  • Familiarity with data validation and quality assurance processes
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and evolving business needs

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and formulate analytical questions
  • Define and maintain key metrics, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with technical teams to improve data accessibility and build self-serve reporting solutions
  • Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Utilize SQL and business intelligence tools to transform raw data into actionable insights
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance data analysis and develop innovative data products
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation, and continuous monitoring
  • Participate in data platform implementations and support new product launches
  • Educate stakeholders through training sessions and documentation to maximize data utilization
