We are seeking a dedicated and professional Work from Home Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, account management, and issue resolution
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs with professionalism and empathy
  • Perform data entry accurately to update customer information and transaction records
  • Handle cash transactions when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security
  • Utilize strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with diverse customers
  • Maintain detailed documentation of interactions within CRM systems
  • Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills across various platforms, including email and chat support

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred
  • Bilingual abilities (English and additional languages) are a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills required
  • Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and call handling techniques such as outbound calling preferred
  • Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening capabilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and professionalism
  • Prior experience with cash handling or transaction processing is advantageous
