[Remote] Sr Principal Product Manager/Strategy

Responsibilities
- Agentic Intelligence at Scale — Collaborate with the PM team to define and deliver decision flows that are fast, contextual, and actionable—from insight to outcome- in an AI first approach.
- AI in the Workflow — Embed intelligent agents that help leaders ask smarter questions, evaluate risks, and respond in real time.
- Predictive Prescriptive — Partner with data science teams to turn models into business value—powering scenario planning, retention forecasting, pay equity detection, and more.
- AI That Builds Trust — Ensure explainability, data privacy, and regulatory alignment across global markets.
- Design for Impact — Collaborate across UX, engineering, and compliance to deliver intuitive, outcome-focused experiences that scale.
Skills
- A product leader with 7 years in enterprise AI, analytics, or data-driven software.
- Proven success building features powered by machine learning, LLMs, or NLP—and turning complex systems into clear business outcomes.
- Strategic mindset with sharp execution skills—you think big and ship fast.
- Experience working with data science teams and translating models into customer-facing products.
- Deep understanding of enterprise customers—especially HR, finance, and operations leaders.
- Passion for product design that respects users’ time, trust, and intent.
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM, Fusion Analytics, or other workforce platforms.
- Experience building tools for CHROs, COOs, or people managers.
- A strong foundation in responsible AI, agent frameworks, or decision intelligence systems.

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
