Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and account information
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or surveys
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and transactions
- Support sales initiatives by promoting products or services when appropriate
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service delivery
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Customer support experience or call center background preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Data entry accuracy with good typing speed (minimum required)
