Virtual Inbound Coordinator (Remote)

We are seeking a highly organized and focused Virtual Inbound Coordinator to join our remote team. Duties
- Handle inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms
- Provide exceptional service by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and offering solutions
- Manage data entry tasks accurately, including updating records and processing transactions such as cash handling when necessary
- Support outbound calling efforts for follow-up or additional client engagement as needed
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and clear communication with clients at all times
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications to document interactions and generate reports
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent client support and service quality
- Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify opportunities for process improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in call center, support, or client services roles; bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and analysis skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies is desirable
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Multilingual abilities are preferred but not required; fluency in English is essential
- Prior experience with cash handling is advantageous
