Duties will include the following:

• Production Billing (Billing for deferred revenue)
• Account Payable for overhead expenses
• Coding American express
• Production Billing estimates
• Handling personal expenses for owner in Quickbooks
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong Excel skills
• Base salary depending on experience 45k-65k
• EXCELLENT benefits Medical and 401k with a match and every other Friday off during summer.
