Job Description Project Accountant with Strong Billing Experience – Houston, TxOur client is a services company that bills by the project and they are looking for a project accountant with strong billing experience.Their culture is an employee-friendly collaborative that encourages work-life balance. They offer a 35 hour work week and every other Friday off in the Summer.They are seeking to hire a Project Accountant / Billing Specialist with 3+ years of related experience in the Accounting, Legal, Advertising, Architectural, Construction, Engineering or Staffing industry. They are looking for someone who is proficient with time and billing or production billing.Responsibilities:

  • Project Billing
  • Processing AP / Coding Invoices including AMEX
  • Special Projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of billing/invoicing
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and Word
  • QuickBooks, Deltek, Elite or Aderant software is a plus
