Job Description Accounts Payable Professional- Immediate NeedWho: Atlanta based, Very stable and growing Privately held Construction Company
What: Accounts Payable Clerk
Where: Atlanta — Chamblee (convenient location)
When: The client is looking to fill this position ASAP
Compensation: $45K – $50K plus excellent benefits and a generous PTO programDuties and Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years AP experience
Invoice Processing
Excel Spreadsheet Analysis and Department Coding
Data Entry
Check Processing
Reconcile credit card and vendor statements
Maintain subcontractor and vendor insurance certificates
Management of vendor master files
Obtain Lein releases from Vendors
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
