Office Administrative Assistant
Job Description Office Administrative Assistant – Professional Service Organization Temp to PermDuties include:
- Greet visitors and guests, answer phones, process mail (regular & overnight), order office supplies
- Place work orders with Property Management (maintenance, cleaning, etc.)
- Assist departments with pulling carrier reports
- Run reports, update contact information, file correspondence
- Reserve/setup conference rooms for meetings; etc.
- Assist with presentations on an as needed basis
- Performs, emailing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned
- Assist with projects as needed and directed
Required Skills:
- Minimum of two years, experience working as an administrative assistant
- Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Excellent organizational skills including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone etiquette.
