They are seeking a Senior Director to optimize their workflow product strategy for AcciClaim, focusing on operational excellence and enhancing user experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision and execution of AcciClaim’s workflow strategy to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and analytics teams to optimize AcciClaim’s impact
- Quickly understand business unit nuances and align workflow solutions to real-world challenges
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify pain points and implement scalable workflow improvements
- Define and manage key performance metrics, ensuring AcciClaim delivers measurable business value
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and user-focused innovation
Skills
- 2 years of experience at the Director level or above with a track record of leadership in product management
- Proven ability to drive product innovation, making work easier and more efficient for users
- Experience developing data-driven solutions, with a deep understanding of business cases, P&L, and analytics
- Strong leadership and team-building experience, with a focus on execution and delivering results
- Expert-level knowledge of the RCM industry a plus
