Russell Tobin is seeking a Data Analyst III to join their centralized team within partnerships. The role involves managing data quality, providing comprehensive reporting, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to enhance operational success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed and comprehensive reporting of vendor management efficiency on a regular basis to keep stakeholders informed
  • Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communications regarding data quality
  • Develop and manage reports and dashboards to support stakeholder needs and drive operational success
  • Utilize strong operational skills to ensure efficient data processes
  • Manage stakeholder requests and maintain our current measurement framework
  • Act as the point of contact for Partner Management, Data Foundations and Operations teams providing domain knowledge and expertise

Skills

  • 3-5 years of SQL experience (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.)
  • Experience building dashboards and dashboarding (use of BI tools such as Looker, Tableau)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail (must-have)
  • 3 years of experience
  • Python is an asset
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Former Meta experience (specifically with internal tooling on a Data Analytics team)

  • BA or BS degree
