- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- 10 years of experience in data management, with a focus on Master Data Management (MDM)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze source data and assess its quality, structure, and suitability for new systems
- Proven experience in identifying inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates in data, and resolving data quality issues
- Expertise in data mapping, validation, and defining transformation logic
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with data quality expectations and logging transformation requirements
- Ability to analyze data patterns and relationships to determine data completeness, accuracy, and consistency
- Familiarity with modern data management tools and technologies
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate source data to ensure quality and readiness for integration into new systems
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Define and implement data transformation logic to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes
