Description Background check, US citizenship, and a CAC are requirements for this position. Contingent on client/contract approval.The Senior Administrative Support Analyst will provide administrative support to the Director of Systems Integration and Chief Acquisition Officer for investment decisions and major systems acquisition program management processes and procedures. CG-SID-9 provides support and oversight to the Program Management Offices of major and non-major systems acquisitions and is the primary point of contact with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for the acquisition review process. Due to the size, scope and complexity of USCG acquisition programs, CG-SID-9 requires specialized program management support.Requirements Responsibilities include: 1. Administrative Coordinationo Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistics for project activities.o Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and action item tracking.2. Documentation & Reportingo Develop, edit, and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.o Ensure accuracy and compliance with government and organizational standards.3. Data Managemento Organize and maintain project records, databases, and filing systems.o Assist in compiling data for performance metrics and deliverables.4. Financial & Resource Supporto Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and procurement documentation.o Monitor resource allocation and assist with administrative aspects of staffing.5. Compliance & Quality Assuranceo Ensure adherence to administrative policies, security protocols, and SOW requirements.o Assist in preparing materials for audits and reviews.6. Stakeholder Communicationo Serve as a liaison for internal and external communications.o Draft and distribute official correspondence and project updates.7. Process Improvemento Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes.o Implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy.

  • Education:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Experience:

o Minimum 5 years of experience providing administrative support in a government or project-based environment.o Familiarity with federal acquisition processes and documentation standards.o 2-years experience managing SharePoint preferably NSERC
