[Remote] Software Developer

Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions, and they are seeking an experienced Software Developer II to join their Intelligent Data Lake team. In this role, you will develop and maintain advanced data processing solutions and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build scalable data architectures that support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining data pipelines for structured and unstructured data ingestion, processing, and storage (e.g., files, images).
- Support tasks related to data transformation, integration, and enrichment.
- Help implement security measures, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues and latency in data ingestion jobs and services.
- Assist in optimizing data pipelines for better performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to follow best practices for data security and data quality.
- Document processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Continuously learn about relevant data technologies and tools.
