Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related roles in digital transformation or content management initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Confluence, SharePoint, and enterprise knowledge management best practices.
- Experience defining IA, managing stakeholder requirements, and leading cross-functional projects.
- Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to define and track project success criteria and business value.
- Adept at tools like Jira or similar platforms.
