[Remote] Technical Data Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Swoon is a company focused on food and beverage delivery, seeking an experienced Technical Data Analyst. The role involves serving as a Subject Matter Expert for integration builds and guiding partners through the integration process.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions that align with our partner’s objectives.
• Collaborating closely with Merchants and Integrations partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful integration onto their platform.
• Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support.
• Effectively drive product & associated suite of APIs.

Skills

• At least 3 years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks.
• Experience in project and/or program management
• Experience planning sprints and utilizing Jira for project tracking
• Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams
• Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve AI experience
