Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Gate Check-In Attendant to manage vehicle and personnel access at our auction facility. This role is critical to maintaining security, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check all vehicles in and out as they enter and exit the auction property
  • Verify vehicle information and ensure accurate logging of entries and departures
  • Monitor gate activity to ensure all procedures are followed
  • Ensure gates remain secure at all times
  • Confirm that only authorized personnel and vehicles are allowed on the premises
  • Communicate effectively with auction staff, security, and management
  • Report any discrepancies, incidents, or unauthorized access immediately
  • Other duties as defined and assigned by the Manager

Full benefits, paid time off, and 401K eligibility. This position starts at $15-16/hour, M-F work schedule. Qualifications Required Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least 21 years old with a Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to drive vehicles with standard or automatic transmission
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow established procedures consistently
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Ability to remain alert and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior security, gate, or access control experience is a plus (but not required)
  • Commitment to providing great customer service
  • Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings

Physical Requirements

  • Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping regularly
  • Must be able to lift or move items at least 25 pounds
  • Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
