Linux Administrator

Position: Linux Administrator

Location: Aberdeen, MD- 5 days on site

Duration: Long Term Contract role

Clearance- Must have Active Secret Clearance

Must Have skills:

• Must have hands on experience with Linux (RedHat)
• Must have scripting experience with either Bash or PowerShell.
• Must have experience VMWare/vCenter.

Basic Qualifications
o Strong command line Linux (preferably Red Hat)
o Basic scripting skills
o Familiarity with VMWare/vCenter
o General knowledge of IP networking
o Ability to problem solve and work independently.
o Desire to learn new technologies and cyber skills.
o Knowledge of computer security principles and DoD security protocols
o Knowledge of security policies and general vulnerabilities management
o Experience and familiarity with change control processes
o Ability to support creation of network topology and rack elevation diagrams.
o Candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI eligibility or TS/SCI preferred.
