Salary: $65.00 USD Hourly – $75.00 USD Hourly

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, operate, and maintain software and firmware components for computing systems. This role involves creating solutions that integrate with engineering, scientific, and manufacturing requirements. You will apply industry standards, processes, and tools throughout the software development life cycle to deliver high-quality engineering applications. Typical projects may include simulations, flight control systems, avionics, mechanical and electrical systems, defense systems, space systems, and other advanced applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and end-users is essential.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C and C
  • Experience in embedded software development
  • Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with software integration and testing
  • Knowledge of full software development life cycle, including design, architecture, integration, and testing
  • Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink for large-scale modeling
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices

Positions available in Huntsville, AL; Sunnyvale, CA; or Highlands Ranch, CO .
