Senior Pega Decisioning Architect

A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Senior Pega Decisioning Architect (CDH Support) for our client in the McLean, Virginia area.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and enhance CDH decisioning solutions.

• Guide decisioning strategy, and ensure scalable delivery of real-time customer decisioning capabilities.

• Lead strategy design workshops and guide best practices.

• Oversee deployment governance, version control, and performance tuning.

• Collaborate with analytics and modeling teams to align technical and business strategies.

• Troubleshoot complex CDH issues and coach junior developers.

Qualifications:

• 6-10+ years of Pega experience with deep CDH decisioning expertise.

• Strong experience designing enterprise decisioning architectures, data flows, and governance frameworks.

• Expert-level knowledge of NBA/NBO design, adaptive models, predictions, and arbitration.

• Experience mentoring and reviewing technical solutions.

• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

• Desired:

• PCDC required; CSSA or LSA strongly preferred.

• Financial services or marketing decisioning experience.
